Chopped almonds, pistachios, and cashews
Method to prepare:
Step 1: Melt the milk butter and seperate ghee and milk solids (residue). Combine the milk solids with sugar, milk powder, cardamom powder and chopped nuts.
Step 2: Add this mixture to a greased cooking sheet (you can use ghee to grease the pan). Flatten the mix in the cooking sheet with a spatula.
Step 3: Place it in the refrigerator for upto 30 minutes. Remove from fridge amd cut into squares. Garnish with dried chopped nuts.
And Voila! Your sweet treat for Christmas is ready!
