A healthy yummy treat for all laddu lover new moms! 
Fenugreek seeds and edible Gum laddu( Methi Gond laddu)

Ingredients: 

Wheat flour- 100 gms 
Methi (Fenugreek) seeds powder – 1tbsp
Dry Ginger Powder (Saunth) – 1 tbsp 
Poppy Seeds (Khus khus) – 2 tbsp
Edible Gum (Gond/Dink) – 2 tbsp 
Almond – 6 pcs 
Cashew – 6 pcs 
Walnut – 4 pcs 
Jaggery – 50 gm 
Ghee – 50 gm 

Recipe: 
Fry gond in ghee till it puffs up and then mash it to form a coarse powder. 
Roast almond, cashew, walnut in little ghee and grind it to a coarse powder. 
Take some ghee in a pan, add wheat flour and roast it till it turns brown. 
Add roasted Khus khus, methi powder, saunth powder and powdered nuts into it. 
Roast it for few minutes. Once done, keep it aside for cooling In a pan, take some ghee and add jaggery. Heat it till the jaggery melts and becomes liquid in consistency. 
Add the melted jaggery into the mixture prepared. 
Allow it to cool for some time. 
Roll the mixture to make round shape laddus. 
Your Methi Gond laddu is ready. 
Enjoy! You can store it in an air-tight container and consume it later.
