Came in for NT scan today. We were waiting for 30 mins , filled all the forms and when our turn came in, the attendant informs that Mask is mandatory. "If you don't have mask, I will let the other patient in" she says. If the masks were mandatory, then this should have been informed at the time of booking an appointment, or atleast when you are making us fill the form. Now we have to wait another 30 mins. Not a very good experience, and even worse was the tone of the attendant
