Join the exclusive Community live session on how to manage pain during pregnancy and after delivery with our in-house physiotherapist @Neha Gill (PT)

The body goes through a number of anatomical and physiological changes while pregnant. These alterations can cause discomfort. Regardless of how your labour and delivery proceed, your body will need time to recover after giving birth. After labour, pregnancy pain can change into a variety of new pains, most of which will subside over the coming days, weeks, and months. You can better prepare for life following delivery by preparing for potential epidural pain, breastfeeding pain, and pain from tears or incisions.

Join the super informative session and get answers to all your pains here.
