Hello Doctor- My baby boy is 5 months 9 days old and on exclusive breastfeeding and yesterday night I got my periods first time after his birth so I am little worried whether this will effect my milk supply as my baby is completely on brest milk and doesn't start solids yet does it effect my baby health.
