Hello Doctor, Greetings !! My 9 month 20 days old baby boy has got cold from neighbour 3 weeks ago. He has runny nose and still not recovered from cold. He is making grunting sounds during sleep. As per doctor advise we used sinarest syrup thrice daily for five days and still the symptoms are not cleared. Please advise on this. Is cold for more than 3 weeks normal ?

it is better to consult a pediatrician again so that baby can be examined and the cause for the cold can be ruled out and treated likewise , since you have mentioned that it is persistent for last 3 weeks .
