Hello. I had a c section on 15th April in cloud nine. I had mild bleeding which stopped in 4 days. My checkup after delivery was fine (stitches healing and doctor told me to come back in 3 months) Now from yesterday, bleeding (almost like regular periods has started). I am exclusively breastfeeding. It has not even been 20 days since delivery. Is this normal ?

If the bleeding is heavy please consult your obstetrician to look for cause. Although one may get regular periods after 3 weeks post delivery ( even on exclusive breast feeding)  as It all depends on the hormonal changes .

however it is better to rule out other causes of bleeding .
