Hello, it's been 3 months post c section. From last few days facing 2 issues - getting some pain on the edges of stitch and period type cramps as well. Yes bleeding was proper initial few weeks, it stopped and started again few days back. Combining these 2 things, lower abdomen part is very uncomfortable. Am breastfeeding as well. Any specific meds u suggest to subside the cramp ?

Hello Sohini 

it is normal to have intermittent bleeding but if the flow is too heavy then consult a specialist. And regarding the pain along the sides of the stictches could be due to stretching.
