Hello my baby is 4 months old. How much bm she should be taking in one feedding? Also I want to know how to increase milk supply. I am taking good 2100calories ,shatavari ,approx 500 ml of milk , 100 gm of paneer, green veg. What else I should take?

You have not mentioned  whether  you are breastfeeding  or  pumping 

Breastfed baby  will typically   demand  feeding  3 to 4 hours. If growing  well ,generally  satisfied and passing enough  urine your milk supply is adequate. 

Baby will need 4 to 6 ounces of  expressed  milk each feed and may take about 6 to 8 times
