Crying before passing urine or stool is pretty normal(bladder /gut distension often leads to little discomfort)but make sure during the process of passing urine /stool as well as post that they should not be in pain.

Hello. My baby is 21 days old and he starts crying uncontrollably when he has to pee. He keeps crying for few minutes ... alot and keeps feeding. Is this normal?

Hi, My 14 day baby boy cries(strains and grunts) everytime before he pees/poops. He was fine during the first 10days and ... and pee count is more than 8 in a day.
