Hi Doctor, I’m in early stage of pregnancy(3-4weeks). I have thyroid from many years and I’m currently on 75mcg Thyronorm tablet. Before pregnancy my thyroid levels were normal. The doctor tested for Anti microsomal TPO antibody serum yesterday and it’s >1300. Is this something that needs to be treated?What precautions should I take?

Yes,you need to keep the thyroid in control so I would recommend to visit endocrinologist for further management.
