Hi Doctor, my baby is 2 and half month old. He is on formula and feeds around 90-120ml per feed based on demand. His birth weight was 3.98 kg and currently weighs around 6.2kgs. Is his weight gain correct? He is achieving all his developmental milestones correctly. I am a bit worried if his weight gain is high..also what do we do if his high how do we reduce his intake.

Hi,

For a 2 and half months old baby, his weight is on the higher side. I would like to more about the baby regarding the type of feeding, is it exclusively formula feeding or ur also given breast feeds? Babies weight gain pattern, is the baby fed in bottle or paladai? For now I would suggest u to continue feeding the baby on demand.
