Hi doctor Unknowingly i was eating brown rice instead of white from past 2 months as i thought they were more healthy. But just got to know that it’s not good in pregnancy and it has arsenic level which is not good. I am a little worried now as i dont like eating chappati so unknowingly i ate a lot of brown rice in pregnancy from past 2 months.

Where am I?

Don't worry about this. But now you can start chapatti in one time and besan cheela, suji cheela green moong dal cheela you can also include in your diet. And one time rice you cam have or rice idlli sambhar,veg pulao you can add.
