Hi Dr., my baby is turning 5 months in few days today he passed very green poop(,pic attached) his urine frequency lately has reduced from 10 to 12 days earlier to 6-7 urine a day. He generally don't pee full night and when kept warm.

Don’t  worry too much about the colour of stools. It can vary based on what your baby is fed and even on what you eat when you breast feed. Everything else you have described sounds normal and like your baby is on trac in terms of feeding.
