Hi , I am 14 weeks 4 days pregnant. I have cold and runny nose from yesterday evening. Slight fever of 99.2. I have not taken any medicines yet. I am taking all precautions like drinking warm water and steam, and keeping myself warm. Is there anything that I should be worried about? Should I let my doctor know?
