Hi, I'm 3 months postaprtum current weight - 89 height 5'7 and I started with brisk / fast walking covering a distance of 2 kms. When I was walking I felt discomfort and pain in my upper left arm. This is happening from last 5-6 years for eg ( rallies where we shout slogans) my left hand used to start paining. Please advise of this is something serious that needs to be shown to cardiologist.

Pain in left arm can be due to numerous conditions including your posture,work profile etc. You should contact your physiotherapist to find out the root cause.Also you should go for routine check up
