To book home vaccination, follow the steps if you have a prescription:

1. Fill the online form on the Home Vaccination website: https://bit.ly/3tZ8SJZ25
2. Upload your child’s latest vaccination prescription
3. Our Home Vaccination Team will receive your prescription post its validation
4. Get a call from the team asking for confirmation
5. Make payment on the link shared and ‘Home vaccination’ will be scheduled

If in case you do not have prescription to book home vaccination, follow the steps:

1. Book a video consultation with your preferred doctor on the booking widget of our website https://bit.ly/3hQXGdx12 or via It's Our Baby App.
2. Get a confirmation call on upload of prescription by doctor
3. Make payment & schedule the vaccination
4. Specialists will arrive at your home to vaccination at the scheduled time
