Hi..my 4 month old wakes every 1.5 to 2 hours for feeds at night like newborn..he also sleeps quite late at 12 at night.. feeding time also goes for half an hour followed by burping for 10 minutes as he has reflux issue.. please help..how to make him sleep for atleast a little more stretch at night..he hardly sleeps in day..his nap lasts 10 mins max at day

we understand your concern concern, before putting the baby to sleep make sure that the is full with the feed and try to put him to sleep in dim light room without any distraction.
