Hi, my 4 months old son is having a issue recently. One two drops of tears are coming out from his left eye sometimes though he is not crying . Is it normal? Kindly help.

The cause of watery eyes in infants can be 1.blocked tear ducts. ( massaging the duct area will remove the block) 

2conjunctivitis (pink eye)

3.common cold 

4. Irritants

5. fever 

These often resolve on their own. If it dosent resolve your paediatrician will assess and advice .
