don’t try to stop the baby, make sure that somebody is around the baby and use some protectant padding at the corners

Hi, My baby is 5.5 months old.. I usually put him on floor on mat.. Of late he is trying to crawl and while doing it sometimes he drags himself outside the mat and rolls over front to back with his head hitting the floor.. Though it's at floor level, I am just afraid it will injure him.. If I stop him, am afraid if that will hurt his development. Please suggest what I can do..
