I am 33 weeks pregnant and it is getting cold in my city. I have started consuming panjeeri which includes almonds, godh, dry dates, raisins , coconut, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, Muslmelon seeds( Magaj) roasted in very little desi ghee with no sugar. I take approx 1 spoon in milk. Seeking advice if it's advisable to continue eating panjeeri . Thanks

Eating panjiri is okay as far as your weight gain is under control & having your sugar levels normal. 

To beat cold & keep yourself warm apart from panjiri, you can also consume ginger honey tea, hot badam milk, warm home made soups with garlic.... These are best options which are nourishing & soothing
