I am a 40 year old. Am I too old to have a baby?

Where am I?

In Cloudnine Mamas Community you can ask and answer questions and share your experience with others!

At 40 years your eggs are also 40 years old. So there would be a reduction in both number of eggs and their quality. This cannot be changed by medicines. However there may be some eggs which may be chromosomally normal and could result in a healthy embryo.

The biological window for motherhood with your own eggs is short.So9 please meet your Fertility specialist at the earliest.

All the best!
