It is not related to the injection . May be just a coincidence . During pregnancy feeling tired is normal.

I am in my 10th week of pregnancy. My doctor has adviced injection - fertigen 5000 weekly once since 6th week till 13th week as I had spotting when I was in week 6. I have observed that I feel very weak the day I take the injection. Is this expected?
