I couldn't start folic acid supplement before conceiving since we did not plan for it. how should i balance it now as it is suggested to start folic acid 2-3 months before conceiving.

Folic acid supplement prescribed by the doctor and natural food sources of  folic acid like green leafy vegetables, soybean, fortified cereals, lean meats, etc, will suffice the increased requirement of folic acid.
