Is there a limit on consuming dates during pregnancy, will it affect my baby if eaten frequently?

Dates are good source of iron. restrict intake to 5-6 per day as it adds to calories too.

Fresh seeded Dates can be consumed during pregnancy as it is rich in fiber, potassium, folate, vitamin K and some iron as well. You can have 2-3 dates on regular basis but watch on calories. Avoid de-seeded sugar dipped dates. But do consult the nutritionist before consuming dates if you are a diabetic mother.
