The cloudnine app has been changed & after that I am unable to see details of my child in the app .I can’t see the old consultation & last week consultation in the app & vaccinations history is also unavailable ..it’s so difficult …please upload my child details.. cloudnine app is always having some issues in it now they have deleted my child’s details since birth .how can I get this problem resolved

We regret the inconvenience you are facing with accessing your child's details.
You can view the VACCINATION AND CHILD DETAILS as follows.
 

  1. You can go to the side menu(top left 3 horizontal lines), 
  2. click on Manage Profile and scroll down to VACCINATION and access all the records, here on top right corner you have an option to change the profile
  3. You can go to MY BOOKINGS to view all the child's bookings, here on top right corner you have an option to change the profile
  4. You can also change profile by using SWITCH ACCOUNT OPTION
  5. If you are still unable to do that, please write to appsupport@cloudninecare.com 26
