Bhumika Patel works on Cyber security as a Global Program Manager. She is the winner of Global Technical Achievement Award at IBM and now a Global Brand Ambassador for IBM. Honorary doctorate in records breaking from World Records University in the field of visuallyimpaired running.

Bhumika is just not making it big in the software industry, but also in the field of sports. She was profiled as GameChangers2017 an elite list of 21 women across world. *Six star world marathon majors finisher * and profiled by world marathon majors who credited her with sparking a revolution in women’s running in India.

Bhumika started her running career in 2009 with running a 4km. After earning herself the first place on the podium in that first run, she decided to pursue her second career in running. After winning many national and international medals and awards in running. With her progress, she dreamed of a vision of not only representing her country and winning medals, but also in imparting gratuitous trainings to hundreds of women & SpeciallyAbled across India. She is Founder of Guide Runners India and team has achieved several India records with Visuallyimpaired and guide runners from 42k to ultra. Recently awarded by Governor of Maharashtra for outstanding contribution to national building by promoting health and fitness among Divyangjan.
